Yes. Moxy Solo sits on central Slamet Riyadi Street, within a short walk of Pura Mangkunegaran palace, the Ngarsopura night market and the Sunday Car Free Day. Keraton Surakarta, Solo Paragon mall and plenty of local eateries are a few minutes away, making it an excellent base for exploring the city on foot.
Breakfast is served at the Moxy Bar and Restaurant but is not automatically included in every rate, so check your booking. Bonvoy elite members typically receive a daily food credit. Reviewers praise the variety yet note the kitchen can struggle at peak hours, with limited hot food and weak coffee.
Adisumarmo International Airport (SOC), Solo's main airport, is roughly 14 kilometres north of the hotel, about a 20-minute drive depending on traffic. No complimentary shuttle is advertised, but taxis and ride-hailing apps such as Grab and Gojek are readily available and inexpensive for the short transfer into the city centre.
