The property is split between a Tower Wing and a Grande Wing, with the latter offering more recently renovated rooms and suites. The hotel is on Sukhumvit Soi 23, roughly three minutes' walk from the Asoke BTS station (Sukhumvit Line) and the Sukhumvit MRT station (Blue Line). This interchange gives direct train access to Siam, Silom, Chatuchak, and the riverside.
The Grande Wing rooms have been more recently renovated and are generally quieter. Travellers sensitive to street noise or wanting fresher interiors should request a Grande Wing room. ALL elite members may also find upgrade availability better in the Grande Wing.
