Titanium Elite reviewer upgraded to a 66 sqm 1-bedroom suite. Praises smooth check-in, free breakfast and late checkout, the five-station Daily Social buffet, three pools and a free CGK shuttle; only gripe was no in-suite microwave.

Pre-relaunch stay with excellent service, a solid lunch buffet and a short airport hop via frequent shuttle. But rooms showed chips, stains and a leaking faucet below 5-star standard; a mixed bag reflecting the older property.
