The 119 rooms, suites, and villas include 'Landmark Rooms' preserved from the hotel's opening day, complete with original vintage elevators, hardwood floors, and brass rotary telephones, alongside 24-hour Raffles butler service. Guests consistently praise the historic ambiance, the Conservancy lounge's resident pianist, and gracious staff service, with the beautiful central pool a recurring highlight, though the small fitness facility and the new airport's 55-minute distance (versus the old airport's 13 minutes) are genuine watchouts.
