Independent reviewers consistently praise the central riverfront location, the fresh contemporary rooms with floor-to-ceiling views of the river, Dragon Bridge or city, and the standout height-driven amenities: an elevated rooftop pool billed as the highest in Da Nang and M45, a rooftop bar and Japanese omakase venue with 360-degree views. The breakfast buffet earns repeat compliments for range and quality, and service is generally described as friendly and attentive, with Bonvoy elites reporting genuine upgrades. Being brand new, the hotel reads as clean, modern and polished, and it is widely seen as strong value for a five-star stay.
